AURA began as an internal initiative that I conceptualized and executed at Gradient. I designed an interactive web experience to reinterpret team workflow dynamics through a more creative and personalized lens. By integrating Google Calendar data and Clockify timesheets, the system analyzed meetings, deep work sessions, and overall time patterns to generate a unique work vibe alter ego for each individual. Leveraging GPT-4, this data was then transformed into a personalized aura reading that captured each person’s unique work energy.
What started as a playful way to visualize work rhythms evolved into a poetic, AI-powered reflection.
